What seems simple at first glance usually soon becomes a difficult task. Most group members are amazed at the incredible performance gains that follow when they begin to genuinely cooperate as a team. The goal is to assemble the puzzle as quickly as possible according to the plan handed out to each person. To begin, all the boards are in a pile, the longest on the bottom, the shortest on top. Neither the floor nor the boards may be marked. With repeated attempts, the time should be markedly improved. If there are several sets and groups, the goal can be the best possible total time, i.e. the sum of all partial times.
