How is the journey by public transport to the conference hotel Schloss Marbach am Bodensee?

The conference hotel Schloss Marbach on Lake Constance offers good public transport connections. Marbach Castle has its own bus stop from where buses run regularly to the railway station in Radolfzell and Stein am Rhein.

Are there shuttle or taxi services for the arrival and departure from the conference hotel?

We are happy to request a chargeable transfer service with external providers for our guests to make your arrival comfortable. We kindly ask you to contact our reception about 14 days in advance.

Where can I park my car at the Schloss Marbach conference hotel?

There are plenty of free parking spaces available on the castle grounds. You can therefore park your car directly in front of the conference hotel.

Can electric cars be charged on the premises?

Two charging stations for your electric car are available on our premises for a fee.

Which rooms are available for conferences?

The conference hotel Schloss Marbach has a variety of different rooms that are suitable for conferences. These include conference rooms, seminar rooms, training rooms and meeting rooms. You will find a detailed overview on our homepage under Meetings.

What technical equipment is available for conferences?

Our conference hotel Schloss Marbach has a range of state-of-the-art technical equipment available for conferences. This includes beamers, communication systems, high-speed WLAN and sound systems. We can also provide additional equipment as required at any time. Virtual meetings are also easily possible.

How can meetings be organised?

Is there a restaurant in the hotel?

The restaurant at Marbach Castle impresses with its cosy charm and is located in the original cross vault, centrally located in the castle building.

Can I also order a-la-carte in the hotel?

In our excellent restaurant you can only enjoy menus that have been discussed in advance. We offer a wide range of special menus or buffets.

What drinks are available at the hotel?

A wide variety of beverages are offered at Marbach Castle. From our coffee bars during your conference to chilled, non-alcoholic drinks. In the evening we offer a wide selection of regional and national wines and spirits. Please note that you can only enjoy our bar in the evening in self-service.

Are special food requests fulfilled for guests?

The kitchen team at Marbach Castle not only impresses with its regional and seasonal fresh cuisine. Allergens and alternative diets are also taken into account and can be discussed in advance.

What catering services does your hotel offer?

A wide range of catering options, are available at our conference hotel and will be discussed with you and adapted to your needs. From our rich breakfast to the stylishly arranged quick lunch or special sandwich buffet. In the evening you can enjoy various multi-course menus or enjoy a summer BBQ at our boathouse with lake access.

How much does the room cost?

The price for the rooms varies depending on location, facilities and season. As a rule, the price for a single room is between 142 and 225 euros per night including breakfast.

Are there barrier-free rooms for guests in wheelchairs?

Barrier-free rooms are largely available. If you have special wishes regarding the room furnishings, please contact us.

How many rooms are there at Marbach Castle?

A total of 75 rooms, divided into 41 rooms in the castle and the towers, most of which have a direct view of the picturesque Lake Constance, and 34 single rooms in the rustic golf lodges with a view of the forest.

Are there any sights around Lake Constance that are in the direct vicinity?

In our social programmes "Experience" we offer a variety of attractive sights and activities in the surrounding area. We will be happy to advise you on these.

Are there cycling and hiking trails near the hotel?

Marbach Castle is surrounded by forests and fields on the Höri peninsula. There are countless cycling and hiking trails to explore in this picturesque region.

Are dogs allowed?

Your four-legged companions are welcome to stay on a leash in the public areas and in the restaurant at any time. For overnight stays with dog companions, our rooms in the Golf Lodges are available, for which we charge a cleaning surcharge.

Can I swim in the lake?

Marbach Castle has private lake access. We offer our guests a towel service and you can enjoy Lake Constance in or on the water at any time during the summer.
