It became clear that humans are not naturally equipped to handle two tasks simultaneously with high quality. This opening vividly demonstrated the challenges of multitasking in daily and professional contexts.

The widespread notion that “only women master multitasking” was debunked, as both female and male participants performed similarly in this exercise.

A core component of the Stress & Balance Seminar was the HRV measurement, which each participant had to complete for 72 hours before the seminar. Heart Rate Variability (HRV) measures the variation in time intervals between successive heartbeats and can indicate the activity of the autonomic nervous system. Participants received a device to use with an app, filled out a detailed health questionnaire, and started the measurement. After 72 hours, the data was sent to the Fit im Job team for detailed analysis.
