Provisioning work, for example: room changes, setup or operation of video conferencing solutions, will be charged according to hours spent. For additional event technology, our external service provider is available to you or we can also work with a service provider of your choice. Additional coordination requirements will be charged according to effort. For hybrid conferences, the service packages: Bronze, Silver and Gold are also available. We would be happy to discuss which package best meets your needs.
