The use of conference technology is included in the room costs. Preparation work, such as room rearrangements, setup, or operation of video conferencing solutions, is charged based on hourly effort.

For additional event technology, our external service provider is available, or we can also work with a provider of your choice. Any additional coordination required will be charged based on effort.

For hybrid meetings, we also offer service packages: Bronze, Silver, and Gold. We would be happy to discuss which package best meets your needs.
