- The use of conference technology is included in the room rental costs.
- Setup work, such as room rearrangements, setup, or operation of video conferencing solutions, will be charged based on hourly effort. For additional event technology, our external service provider is available, or we can also work with a provider of your choice. Any additional coordination efforts will be billed according to the time required.
- For hybrid meetings, we offer service packages in Bronze, Silver, and Gold. We would be happy to discuss which package best meets your needs.
