- The use of conference technology is included in the room rental costs.
- Setup work, such as room rearrangements, installation, or operation of video conferencing solutions, will be charged based on the hours worked. For additional event technology, our external service provider is available, or we can collaborate with a provider of your choice. Any additional coordination needs will be billed according to effort.
- For hybrid meetings, we also offer Bronze, Silver, and Gold packages. We are happy to discuss which package best meets your needs.
