Location and region

Marbach Castle is located in a rural area near the border between Germany and Switzerland, on the western side of Lake Constance. Situated on a south-facing slope directly on the lake, with a view of the Thurgau Lake Ridge and a far-reaching view of the Alps, the estate comprises various buildings.
  • The castle with its three towers built in 1989,
  • the Villa Bella Vista—renovated in 2005—along with the adjacent Forum,
  • a boathouse,
  • and three guesthouses known as the Golf Lodges.
  • In 1998, a driving range and putting green were added in the northern area.
