The use of conference technology is included in the room rental costs. Setup tasks, such as room rearrangements, installation, or operation of video conferencing solutions, will be billed based on the time required. For additional event technology, our external service provider is available, or we can work with a provider of your choice. Any additional coordination needs will be charged based on the effort involved. For hybrid meetings, we also offer Bronze, Silver, and Gold packages. We would be happy to discuss which package best meets your needs.
