The use of conference equipment is included in the room rental costs. Setup tasks, such as room rearrangements, installation, or operation of video conferencing solutions, are charged based on the time required.
For additional event technology, you can utilize our external service provider, or we are happy to work with a provider of your choice. Any additional coordination required will be charged based on the effort involved.
For hybrid meetings, we also offer service packages: Bronze, Silver, and Gold. We will gladly discuss which package best suits your needs.
