In-Person Meeting of the IT Team: Strengthening Relationships and Team Spirit

After three years of virtual collaboration due to the Covid-19 pandemic, the IT leadership team of a global corporation faced the challenge of finally meeting in person. The goal was to strengthen personal relationships and deepen team dynamics. The event began with an introduction to mindfulness to help participants enter a calm and receptive state. This phase helped reduce stress and focus thoughts on the upcoming program. A key part of the agenda was the fishbowl format in our conference room “Forum”, which facilitated open and transparent discussions about the company’s challenges and strategic directions. This fostered an atmosphere of trust and openness among the leaders.

Strengthening the Team through Gamification and Teambuilding

The event provided an intensive experience to enhance team spirit through a dragon boat race on a nearby lake, where participants worked together to achieve a common goal. This challenge promoted cohesion and collaboration within the team. Following this, an outdoor dining experience in nature created a relaxed atmosphere for informal conversations and personal exchanges, further deepening interpersonal connections.
