Focus and serenity for successful seminar days
A full day of meetings and discussions requires mental strength and concentration. This makes it all the more important to create moments that allow for clarity, relaxation and renewed energy. Meditation offers precisely this: a brief opportunity to take a deep breath and align body and mind.
The session is guided by Mental Health Coach Susanne Häberle, who has supported people for many years in overcoming inner obstacles and developing mental resilience. With her background in psychological counselling and happiness training, she uses effective, simple methods that can easily be integrated into daily life.
The meditation can also be flexibly integrated into any conference agenda:
It can be done in the morning to set intentions and start the day consciously, at midday during a break to recharge, or in the evening to reflect, organize your thoughts, and consciously close the day.
For those who prefer to stay active after a long day of sitting, Susanne Häberle also offers ‘Meditative Walking’.
This form of mindfulness combines gentle movement with conscious awareness of breathing, bodily sensations and surroundings. It is ideal for releasing tension, clearing the mind and experiencing deep relaxation. The spacious, green surroundings provide the perfect environment for finding balance between activity and calm.
Whether you are sitting or walking, indoors or outdoors, or even directly by the lakeside, the guided meditation fosters mental clarity and inner peace, making it a valuable addition to any conference programme.
