Use of conference technology is included in the room rental. Setup services—such as room rearrangements, installation, or operation of video conferencing solutions—are billed based on time spent. For additional event technology, our external service provider is available, or we are happy to work with a provider of your choice. Any extra coordination effort will be charged accordingly.
