It\u2019s about the ability to decelerate and not just stay in the same mode, but to pause and find a deeper connection. What challenges and disruptions are we truly facing, and what is required of us? Where are the real leverage points for our innovations? Identifying these leverage points requires a new culture of conversation, a new way of thinking, and a highly creative mode within the top team, but also within other teams in the organization.
